Celestion CS-8 audiophile standing speaker. Bought for SGD1200 10 years ago.

The CS-8 is a tall floorstander, with reflex ports both on the front and the back. Bass goes relatively low, but has a somewhat "soft" quality, somewhat "boomy", especially if mounted near the back wall (probably because of the back reflex port).
Highs are a bit too bright.
Suitable for pop/rock/dance better than classical music.
