Introduction
DWR Technology was founded at Jakarta - Indonesia in the early 2005 by Djon Welly, he has a small workshop where he spent most of his time to do some research, design and assemble the complete system such as external DAC, pre amplifier, power amplifier, speaker etc.
At DWR Technology we believe that a good system is an honest system, it will not add much coloration to the music that are being played. We'd like to call this as a 'Natural Sound' where what you hear is exactly the same as when it is recorded in the studio room or live stage. We had a small community where we share our passion of music and share our experiences and our favorite musician as well. We are basically a music lover community, music is the core that glued us as a community, hardware or equipment is only a tools or media to let us enjoy and experience the music to the fullest. Of course in order to enjoy a good music you need a good equipment too that were able to recreate the atmosphere and nuance of the recording.
As I said earlier, DWR Technology is just a small workshop that assembling an audio equipment such as speaker, amplifier, external DAC etc. Mix and match is the key when assembling audio equipment parts and to ensure each parts are match and compliment to each other. The final result is a product that sounded like what we want - natural with as small coloration as possible. We are using NOS (new old stock) parts from the era of 60's to 90's to ensure we had the best quality parts with a reasonable price. Hence each of the product is very limited.
We believe that everyone can enjoy a good music without investing thousand of dollar only for the equipment, our products is assembled and tuned personally by Djon Welly to ensure the best end result with a reasonable prices (price/performance ratio is our main priority).
Enough with the long intro :D, for your viewing pleasure i'll attach some picture of the actual products + the equipment in the audition room. Audition is a MUST and can be done in my HDB Flat listening room at Sembawang (just opposite sembawang mrt station). Audition can be arranged on weekday after 7.30pm or during weekend (with appointment).
